Job Details
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Science (Pharmacy is preferred for the medical background track).
At least 7–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and promotion.
Previous experience as a Product Manager, Group Product Manager, or Marketing Manager in well-known pharmaceutical companies.
Ability to build and manage a marketing team, setting clear goals for them.
Strong skills in managing marketing budgets and allocating resources for campaigns.
Experience in managing advertising campaigns (ATL & BTL) and digital marketing.
High communication skills with sales teams, doctors, and pharmacists.
Experience with the Egyptian pharmaceutical market (or regional experience for multinational companies).
Ability to analyze IMS Data, Market Share, and market variables.
Experience in developing long and short-term marketing plans.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing regulations (MOH Regulations).
